- Experience with electro-mechanical products and systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Introduction from development to production and deployment.
- Own product launches as engineering owner and coordinate cross-functional readiness.
- Ensure documentation, training materials, and procedures are ready before launch.
- Manage product lifecycle from design release through end-of-life.
- Drive engineering changes, product improvements, and obsolescence plans.
- Collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management.
