Job summary

JLL is seeking a senior sustainability leader to drive energy and resource efficiency programs for clients within the United States. You will partner with the client's sustainability team and JLL's own IFM and Sustainability groups to reduce energy costs and improve building performance across real estate assets.

Responsibilities include program development, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, with focus on PV feasibility, ENERGY STAR, and incentive programs. Remote work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• University degree in science/engineering/math or related field.
• Certified Energy Manager credential is required.
• 10+ years in sustainable operations or building engineering.
• Experience with energy conservation measures and utilities data.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of energy and sustainability programs with client teams.
• Coordinate with JLL internal teams to meet ESG and cost goals.
• Track data, monitor performance, and report to stakeholders.
• Assess feasibility of solar PV and ENERGY STAR initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across client real estate portfolios.
• Develop and deliver tactical sustainability plans and roadmaps.
