good2grow is seeking a Sustainability & Compliance Manager to lead environmental regulatory programs and drive packaging sustainability initiatives in our Atlanta facility. The role requires coordinating across product development, operations, and supply chain to ensure compliance and improvements in environmental performance.

The position emphasizes monitoring regulatory changes, building compliance roadmaps, and reporting up-to-date metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in environmental, physical or natural science, engineering, supply chain, finance or related field.
• 6+ years leading sustainability initiatives and packaging compliance in CPG/food & beverage environments.
• Experience managing packaging-related regulatory programs (PCR content, bottle bills, recyclability, sustainability reporting).
• Strong understanding of packaging legislation and ability to assess regulatory impacts and develop long-term compliance strategies.
• Knowledge of packaging materials and development processes; collaboration with packaging engineering, product development, procurement and operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the sustainability-related regulatory compliance.
• Own compliance programs for bottle bill, EPR, PCR use, green claims, and other packaging regulations.
• Manage registrations, certifications, data requests, and reporting obligations.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure products and packaging meet environmental requirements.
• Monitor federal, state, and international regulation changes; summarize impacts for leadership.
• Develop roadmaps and plans for future regulatory requirements and for source-reduction targets.
• Assist product development with sustainability improvements; monitor utilities usage and reduction plans.
• Coordinate data collection, validation, and reporting; develop automated reporting processes.
• Establish policies and SOPs for environmental compliance; track KPIs and drive process improvements.
