• Bachelor's degree in environmental field.
• 3+ years in environmental compliance within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of air emissions, water quality, waste, RCRA and EPA rules.
• Experience with audits, reporting and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain environmental compliance programs and procedures.
• Lead environmental training and awareness initiatives with plant leadership.
• Manage permits, audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
• Oversee data collection and regulatory filings with accurate records.
• Identify risks, monitor program effectiveness, and advise on improvements.
