Adept Group is seeking a Packaging Compliance & Regulatory Manager in Ohio. This role delivers technical leadership and strategic oversight for packaging regulatory compliance across a broad product portfolio, including food-contact and sustainability requirements.

The position is hybrid with onsite collaboration as needed. Qualified candidates bring 8+ years in packaging regulatory affairs, strong cross-functional skills, and experience interpreting complex regulations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in packaging regulatory affairs or related field.
• Knowledge of food-contact requirements and sustainability.
• Ability to review supplier compliance documentation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance assessments for packaging materials and changes.
• Interpret food-contact, chemical, labeling, and end-of-life requirements.
• Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams on innovation and sustainability.
• Maintain regulatory documentation such as supplier declarations and test reports.
• Monitor emerging regulations and translate into compliance plans.
• Provide training and guidance to technical stakeholders.
