Job summary

Apex Companies, LLC. is seeking a Senior Surveyor to lead boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and right-of-way projects from proposal through delivery. You will supervise field crews, certify maps, and coordinate with clients and regulators in the region.

You will work with Carlson, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Trimble software; remote work is available regionally; a $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered. Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• License as Professional Land Surveyor preferred; Pennsylvania licensure via reciprocity considered.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive survey experience including project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage survey projects from proposal to delivery.
• Review and seal survey plats, maps, and legal descriptions.
• Provide QA/QC on field data and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and regulators.
• Oversee UAV, field crews, and data processing workflows.
