Apex Companies, LLC is seeking a Senior Professional Licensed Surveyor in the United States. The role leads boundary and topographic surveys, coordinates field crews and UAV operations, and ensures quality and compliance with regulations.

The candidate will manage projects end-to-end, review drawings, and mentor junior staff. The position offers remote work with regional field visits, strong bonus opportunities, and a path to leadership within a 70+ location nationwide firm.

Competenze

• P.L.S. license in PA preferred or reciprocity within a reasonable timeframe.
• 8+ years of progressive survey experience with project management and supervision.

Mansioni

• Manage boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, right-of-way, and control survey projects from proposal to deliverables.
• Serve as Surveyor of Record and prepare/seal survey documents per state regulations.
• Direct and supervise field crews, UAV operations, and office technicians for quality and safety.
• Establish and maintain survey control networks using GNSS and total stations.
• QA/QC reviews of field data, calculations, and final survey products.
• Coordinate activities with project managers, engineers, clients, and regulators.
• Review drawings and provide survey support for design and construction.
• Utilize Carlson, Trimble Business Center, and AutoCAD Civil 3D in workflows.
