Job summary

Apex is seeking a Senior Surveyor to lead boundary, ALTA/NSPS, and geospatial projects across the region. You will supervise field crews, manage scopes and budgets, and ensure QA/QC. A PA PLS or reciprocity and 8+ years' experience are preferred. Remote work is available regionally, with occasional field visits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering Tech or related field preferred.
• Professional Land Surveyor license or ability to obtain via reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS surveys from proposal to deliverables.
• Review and seal plats, maps, and legal descriptions per state regulations.
• Direct survey field crews, UAV ops, and office technicians for quality and safety.
