KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex surveying and mapping projects across multiple teams in Newark, DE.

You will oversee field crews, coordinate data workflows, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include developing project scopes and budgets, guiding QA/QC processes, and mentoring staff while collaborating with engineers and clients to align survey efforts with project goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (AEC) with 6+ years of experience
• Proven experience in project management for large-scale projects
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Mansioni

• Manage all aspects of surveying and mapping projects (boundary, topographic, construction, as-built)
• Develop and oversee project scopes, schedules, and budgets for survey operations
• Coordinate field crews and office staff to ensure efficient data collection and processing
• Ensure deliverables meet accuracy standards and client requirements
• Oversee QA/QC processes and compliance with surveying regulations
• Mentor staff and support recruitment and retention of surveying talent
• Identify opportunities for additional survey services on existing projects
