KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Survey Project Manager to lead surveying and mapping initiatives in the New Jersey region. You will oversee project plans, budgets, and client relationships while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7 years of related professional experience or 11 years in equivalent roles.
• Professional Land Survey license required.
• Strong leadership and budgeting skills are essential.
• Ability to develop proposals and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet milestones.
• Ensure QA/QC standards are met and adhere to industry best practices.
• Train and mentor team members on surveying best practices and technologies.
• Stay up to date with UAS regulations, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and strategies.
• Prepare technical and fee proposals.
• Assist in the preparation of surveys and contract documents, as required.
• Perform QA/QC reviews for project or task deliverables.
• Directly report to Surveying and Mapping Lead.
