Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of surveying experience focused on office-based technical work.
• Proven record of producing clean and accurate plan presentations.

Responsibilities

• Perform survey coordinate geometry (COGO) calculations.
• Conduct boundary analysis and perform calculations.
• Prepare and review ALTA/NSPS land title surveys.

Skills

Surveying experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Strong math skills

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to learn new software and technologies

Knowledge of field survey operations

Education

LSIT preferred or equivalent
