Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of surveying experience focusing on office-based technical work.
• Proven record of producing clean and accurate plan presentations.
• Knowledge of field survey operations and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform survey coordinate geometry (COGO) calculations for various projects.
• Conduct boundary analysis and deed/title research.
• Prepare and review ALTA/NSPS land title and subdivision plans.
