Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of surveying experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• High School Diploma (required) with strong math and technical skills.
• Expertise operating advanced surveying equipment and software.
• Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate with clients and contractors.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications (e.g., OSHA, Hazwoper, TWIC).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead survey crews in field operations such as construction stakeouts, topographical surveys, boundary analysis, and as-built surveys.
• Operate and manage advanced surveying equipment (Trimble/Leica/Spectra total stations, GPS RTK, 3D scanners).
• Perform field calculations, prepare sketches, and ensure accurate data processing.
