Job summary

Colliers Engineering in Miami, FL seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead civil/site land development projects from planning through delivery. You will build client relationships, mentor engineers, and contribute to business development to grow our regional practice.

You will guide project teams, ensure quality, manage budgets, and drive successful outcomes while expanding Colliers' presence across South Florida.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
8+ years of civil/site land development experience.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Valid driver's license.
Knowledge of local city, county and state land use processes and regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

Monitor time schedules and capital cost budgets on projects.
Identify project teams, work packages and tasks; define deliverables and manpower.
Quality control/quality assurance on all assigned projects.
Oversee work and productivity on assigned projects.
Aim for profit, productivity, and schedule targets; estimate manpower needs.
Support proposals and business development activities.
Lead team meetings and ensure review/approval procedures are followed.
Coordinate changes with clients and obtain approvals for out-of-scope work.
Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
Review monthly man-hour and cost reports to ensure profit goals.
Ensure adherence to planning and profit procedures.
