Job summary
Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Survey Project Manager to join our Massachusetts team. You will lead a team on MassDOT projects, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, and quality to deliver accurate survey data and mapping solutions.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in surveying, active licensure, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential to drive client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
- Experience with MassDOT projects is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Professional licensure in a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise staff and coordinate direction on scope, schedule, quality and budget.
- Prepare work plans and man-hour budgets for approval.
- Monitor schedules and budgets to meet client needs and productivity.
- Ensure quality control/quality assurance on all projects.
- Oversee project work and productivity to meet targets.
- Contribute to proposals and marketing support, including business development.
- Identify project teams, tasks, and resources needed.
