Colliers Engineering & Design in Massachusetts invites a Senior Survey Project Manager to lead our Survey/Geospatial team on challenging projects across public and private sectors. You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets, mentor staff, and coordinate proposals to advance client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has MassDOT project experience, a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience, professional licensure, and excellent communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Experience with MassDOT projects required.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 10+ years of experience.
• Professional licensure in related field.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for communications.

Responsabilités

• Manage, direct, and supervise the work efforts of assigned staff and coordinate scope, schedule, quality and budget of projects.
• Prepare work plans and man-hour budgets for approval by Department Manager.
• Monitor time schedules and capital cost budgets to satisfy the client and control productivity.
• Ensure QA/QC processes on all assigned projects.
• Oversee project work and productivity, achieving profit and schedule goals.
• Participate in proposals and Marketing/Business Development activities.
• Identify project teams, tasks, and resources needed for projects.
• Hold team meetings and review procedures before submission of completed work.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients subject to supervisor approval.
• Coordinate with all employees to ensure high utilization and timely communications.
• Review monthly man-hour and cost reports to ensure objectives are met.
• Ensure adherence to project planning and profit control procedures.
