Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Senior Survey Project Manager to join its Survey/Geospatial team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves leading staff, managing budgets, and delivering complex surveying projects with a focus on accuracy and safety.

You will prepare work plans, monitor schedules, and ensure quality controls while coordinating with clients and internal teams to drive project success and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in surveying or related field.
• Professional licensure in related field.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned staff and project scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Prepare work plans and man-hour budgets for approval.
• Monitor time schedules and capital cost budgets.
• Prepare advanced engineering designs and data for completion and accuracy.
• Quality control/quality assurance on projects.
• Oversee the work and productivity on assigned projects.
• Support proposals and business development.
• Identify project team, tasks, and manpower.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and approvals.
• Coordinate communication to ensure high utilization.
• Review monthly time and cost reports.
• Ensure adherence to planning and profit procedures.
