Qualifications

• North Carolina State Professional Land Surveyor License preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in all areas of the job description.
• Must be able to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehension and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Land Surveying Operation including client communication.
• Prepare project proposals and invoicing.
• Oversee 2 or more survey crews.
• Develop new business by leveraging existing clients and Colliers' service lines.
