Job summary

Dynamic Survey LLC, a division of Dynamic Engineering Consultants, seeks a motivated Party Chief with field survey knowledge for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. You will determine precise locations, elevations, and contours for construction and land development.

Responsibilities include boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys, data analysis, and stakeouts. Proficiency with Leica systems, Civil 3D, and field data collection is preferred. OSHA training is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in land development surveying.
• 3+ years field experience as a Party Chief.
• Ability to start early and adapt daily schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Experience with field data and boundary/topographic surveys.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land, boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys.
• Process construction stakeout field preparations.
• Complete field operations for various surveying projects.
• Perform datum conversion/transformation.
• Maintain survey equipment and vehicles; support team as needed.
