You will collaborate with project surveyors and field crews to maintain CAD standards and ensure accuracy across public and private sector projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of land surveying drafting experience (Civil 3D proficiency required).
• Strong understanding of boundary and right-of-way surveys.
• Ability to interpret survey data, legal descriptions, and field notes.
• Detail-oriented mindset with solid organizational skills.
• Team player who can also work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed boundary, right-of-way, topographic, and ALTA survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Process and convert field data collected by survey crews into polished final deliverables.
• Review deeds, plats, and record maps to ensure boundary and ROW accuracy.
• Maintain drawing organization and CAD standards across multiple projects.
• Collaborate closely with Project Surveyors and field crews to resolve discrepancies.
