Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Survey CAD Technician in the Haddonfield, NJ area to support a range of private land development projects. You will draft survey plans, prepare ALTA and topographic maps, and produce precise CAD deliverables in collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare survey plans, boundary and topographic maps, ALTA surveys, and construction stakeout plans.
• Process field data and convert into CAD drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D (and Carlson occasionally).
• Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure precision and timely completion.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
