Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Survey CAD Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
• Experience with Carlson and/or survey data processing software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of survey workflows and drafting standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare survey drawings including boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys.
• Process field data and create deliverables using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Collaborate closely with field crews and project managers.
• Assist with construction layout drafting and plan production.
• Maintain accuracy and organization across multiple active projects.
