Job summary

Gilder Search Group in Newfoundland, NJ is seeking an experienced Survey CAD Technician to produce precise boundary, ROW, and ALTA drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D. This role focuses on turning field data into polished deliverables within a well-established land surveying and engineering firm.

You will collaborate with project surveyors and field crews to maintain CAD standards and ensure accuracy across public and private sector projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of land surveying drafting experience (Civil 3D proficiency required).
• Strong understanding of boundary and right-of-way surveys.
• Ability to interpret survey data, legal descriptions, and field notes.
• Detail-oriented mindset with solid organizational skills.
• Team player who can also work independently when needed.
