Pape-Dawson Engineers in Austin, Texas seeks an experienced Senior Survey Technician to lead complex survey tasks and mentor junior technicians. You will guide the preparation of detailed drawings, legal descriptions, and advanced calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D, while ensuring quality and client-focused results.

You will oversee deed research, abstract data for legal purposes, and act as a liaison among field crews, project managers, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience in a survey technician or related role.
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to oversee multiple projects.
