The role involves guiding technicians, preparing detailed drawings and legal descriptions, and leading complex deed research, with a focus on accuracy and client service.

You will collaborate with field teams, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality survey products.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree, certificate, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of experience in a survey technician or related role.
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with MicroStation is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to resolve complex survey challenges.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with overtime as needed.
