Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers is seeking a Survey Technician to assist in preparing survey deliverables and support project tasks in our Orlando office. You will handle a mix of field and office duties, progressively taking on more independent responsibilities.

Ideal candidates bring an Associate degree or equivalent, 2+ years of survey experience, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills (MicroStation a plus). This role runs Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree, certificate, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a survey technician or related role.
• Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with MicroStation is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrates initiative and independent problem‑solving skills for moderately complex tasks.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with overtime as needed.
