Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed survey drawings, including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, right-of-way exhibits, construction stakeouts, and as-built documentation.
• Import and export field and GIS data in various formats (.txt, .csv, .dgn, .shp, .xml, .gml, .kml, etc.).
• Draft and review legal descriptions and coordinate with field teams for setup and data prep.
• Ensure compliance with company, municipal, and industry CAD standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet schedules, maintain quality, and ensure project accuracy.
• Organize digital files, manage project data, and support archiving and revision control.
• Perform quality control checks on deliverables and assist in maintaining drafting consistency across projects.
• Use supporting software platforms (Excel, Word, Adobe, etc.) to assist in project documentation and coordination.

This position is responsible for producing accurate construction documents, including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, site plans, legal descriptions, and as-built drawings. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Civil 3D, experienced in working with field data and engineering markups, and capable of delivering well-organized, standards-compliant drawings.
