Job summary

Pape-Dawson Consulting Engineers, LLC in Fort Worth, TX seeks an experienced Senior Survey Technician to provide expert technical and office support within the survey team. You will guide field staff and coordinate complex tasks to ensure accurate data capture and deliverables.

Responsibilities include leading detailed drawings with AutoCAD Civil 3D, validating data, and liaising with clients and project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of survey technician or related experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams and clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex survey challenges.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work under tight deadlines.

• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with overtime as needed.
