Qualifications

• Ability to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical survey tasks and mentor Survey Technician I and II team members.
• Prepare advanced-level drawings, calculations, and exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Conduct thorough reviews of deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform complex deed research and prepare detailed legal descriptions and plats.
• Coordinate with field crews to ensure data alignment and project accuracy.
• Develop and maintain databases of survey data.
