Independence Health System in Greensburg, PA, seeks a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our operating room team. You will support the scrub role, obtain instruments, prepare sterile setups, assist in procedures, and maintain aseptic technique under supervision.

The ideal candidate has completed a surgical technology program, at least 2 years of experience, strong judgment, effective communication, and the ability to teach or mentor new staff while ensuring patient safety and regulatory

• Successful completion of a surgical technology program.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to a diverse audience.
