Qualifications

• Minimum educational certification in Surgical Technology.
• Experience in scrub, aseptic technique and intraoperative care preferred.
• Ability to assist in preparing the surgical suite and maintaining sterile fields.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist surgeon on procedures across age groups.
• Follow surgeon preferences and update materials as needed.
• Maintain aseptic technique and standard precautions during procedures.
• Prepare the surgical suite and support team to meet goals.
• Perform sponge, needle and instrument counts accurately.
• Handle other duties as assigned by supervisor.
