Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs technical skill duties in operating room areas per standards.
• Maintains sterile field and handles instrumentation and supplies.
• Assists in case preparation, instrument planning, and scrubs during procedures.
• Supports surgeon and intraoperative nursing care and equipment troubleshooting.
• Mentors new staff and participates in orientation and peer evaluations.
