Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of supervisory experience in damage control.
• Extensive Navy technical management experience.
• Direct operational experience in damage control within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ship training visits to improve Sailor proficiency.
• Develop training resources for ship systems and maintenance.
• Conduct comprehensive material condition assessments.
