Job summary

DOF Subsea invites experienced Lead Project Engineers to join our SURF and Construction teams. You will plan and execute marine operations in the Atlantic Region, lead complex subsea projects, own technical packages, and coordinate with clients and onshore/offshore teams.

Based in Bergen or Haugesund (Oslo optional) or willing to relocate, you will report to the Engineering Manager in Norway and may travel offshore as needed. Strong English is required; Scandinavian language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Higher technical education (bachelor's or master's) in engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in marine operations; offshore installation or subsea preferred.
Experience in SURF and Construction engineering for marine/subsea operations.
Ability to lead/project-manage teams and deliver fast-track projects.
Fluency in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver complex subsea projects from planning to offshore execution.
Own technical packages and interface with clients with precision and innovation.
Collaborate with onshore and offshore multidiscipline teams to meet targets.
Drive compliance and continuous improvement with DOF's standards and regulatory requirements.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to safer, smarter project execution.
