Job summary

DOF is seeking a Senior Analysis Engineer to join our offshore subsea team. You will perform dynamic and static analyses using OrcaFlex from our vessels, supporting installation, mooring, towing, and lifting analyses on complex projects.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in marine/mechanical engineering, are fluent in English, and bring 5+ years of OrcaFlex experience with offshore operations. Travel offshore and cross-functional collaboration are expected aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marine/mechanical engineering or similar.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Strong technical skills, creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• Programming skills (Python preferred) and knowledge of vessel motion analysis and RAO development are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex subsea projects in collaboration with the engineering team, ensuring safe, efficient results.
• Produce technical deliverables with innovation and precision.
• Drive compliance and continuous improvement to meet DOF standards and regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and enhance HSE practices within project execution.
• Operate as part of an integrated offshore services company across SURF, Construction, IMR, Decommissioning and Mooring.
