Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage complex surety accounts and drive renewal and new business in a territory.
• Develop sales strategies with agencies to increase market share and profitability.
• Collaborate with lines of business to support nationwide growth in surety.
• Lead agency visits, performance reviews, and onboarding of new partnerships.
• Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and pricing strategies.
