Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing expert reports, evaluating loss exposures, and advising on remedies while maintaining compliance with corporate policies. Travel may be required based on project needs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering or related field with minimum of 7 years progressive surety claims or construction management experience.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate and judge claim files.
• Must be willing to travel and handle heavy workloads in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical engineering and construction analyses of large/complex surety bond disputes and claims.
• Lead teams of consultants, contractors and others in resolution of major claims.
• Prepare technical reports and evaluate loss exposures in major bond defaults.
