The Major Bank in New York City seeks a Deployment Engineer - Developer - L3 Support for a hybrid NY-based role. You will operate and enhance trading systems using modern tech and data architectures, with 3–7 years of experience in deployment and operations.
Responsibilities include release packaging, runbooks, monitoring integration, and DR/BCP support. The contract is 6 months with possible extensions; compensation is $50–$56 per hour on W2, with potential C2C.
Competenze
- 3 to 7 years of experience in deployment engineering or related roles.
- Ability to define and document operational procedures and runbooks.
- Familiarity with release packaging and deployment tools like Rundeck and Ansible.
Mansioni
- Implement pre-release and post-deployment verifications.
- Integrate with deployment tools (Rundeck, Azure DevOps) for application deployment.
- Create and maintain start/stop scripts and application control solutions.
- Integrate with monitoring solutions (OpsRamp, Grafana, Splunk).
- Assist with annual DR/BCP testing and server provisioning.
- Support authentication/authorization workflows.
