In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining visibility of available engineering capacity, connecting Java specialists with relevant project opportunities, and coordinating the staffing process from initial proposal through final assignment. You will work closely with staffing, delivery, and discipline stakeholders to ensure that available specialists are actively considered for suitable opportunities, staffing cases progress without unnecessary delays, and all related information remains accurate and up to date. The role requires strong coordination and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple staffing priorities simultaneously. The key focus of this position is to support effective allocation and utilization of Java specialists and ensure a smooth, transparent, and efficient staffing process.
