Key Responsibilities

Onsite Coordination

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, onsite teams, and offshore development teams.


• Gather, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements.


• Coordinate project activities, sprint planning, status reporting, and release management.


• Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.


• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolution.

• Coordinate production support activities and incident management.


• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native, microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
