Job summary

Talentify in Chandler, AZ seeks a Software Engineer for a contingent assignment with the Integration team. You will write, test, and debug Java code, collaborate to design new features, and help maintain existing codebases for data movement between lending origination systems.

The role supports two projects, participates in code reviews, works with databases and APIs, and stays current with Java frameworks and tooling in a hybrid environment (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work/consulting/training/military/education.
• Java development experience.
• Familiarity with Spring or Hibernate.
• Relational databases and SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript Web technologies.
• Knowledge of Maven or Gradle build tools.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit.

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
