Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC, Halter-inspired role, seeks a Lead Supply Quality Engineer to ensure all supply-chain components meet quality and are delivered on time. You will implement SPC, coordinate with contract manufacturers in Asia, and protect against failures before field use.

You will drive rapid root-cause analyses, update QC docs, and audit supplier compliance while traveling 25%+ across APAC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in quality management for high-volume manufacturing.
• Electromechanical product experience preferred.
• Strong English and Mandarin; travel APAC ~25%.
• Knowledge of industry standards and QA auditing.
• Ability to resolve quality issues rapidly to minimise disruption.

Responsibilities

• Implement SPC methods for critical parts and align supplier control plans.
• Conduct rapid sprint analyses with design engineers after production failures.
• Update QC documentation based on root-cause analysis to prevent repeats.
• Audit supplier quality compliance and close non-conformances quickly.
