Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Supply Chain Manager for Aftermarket Operations to own the post-sale lifecycle — refurbishment, spare parts, end-of-service, and non-revenue inventory. You will manage key vendors, set planning and disposition decisions, and partner with engineering and quality teams on warranty-related investigations.

You will travel up to 25% domestically and internationally and be on-site in San Mateo, CA five days a week, driving results in a fast-growing hardware

Qualifications

• 4+ years in reverse logistics, aftermarket operations, refurbishment, or related supply chain discipline.
• Experience managing external partners, setting expectations and resolving issues in real time.
• Ability to set rules when playbooks are not available, backed by data.

Responsibilities

• Own refurbishment strategy and vendor relationships to align production with demand.
• Oversee refurb quality standards and partner with internal teams on day-to-day operations.
• Lead spare parts strategy from setup to fulfillment and define end-of-service approach.
• Drive end-of-service strategy balancing customer impact, cost, and inventory risk.
• Own KPIs for non-revenue and returned inventory; set disposition rules and fulfillment.
