Job summary

Carnival Corporation in South Florida seeks a Senior Manager of Technical Demand Planning to lead the Demand Planning COE and align forecasting with business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Asset Management, Brand Technical Operations, Brand Finance, and IT to optimize demand signals and S&OP outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and delivering measurable business impact while guiding brand planners and advancing new planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, SC Eng, Statistics, or related field.
• 7+ years in demand planning or related function.
• 7+ years leading Demand Planning and/or S&OP in a management role.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Demand Planning COE and indirectly manage brand demand planners.
• Establish a vision and strategy enabling brands to achieve goals.
• Partner with stakeholders to foster continuous improvement and ownership.
• Support and mentor brand demand planners; drive S&OP alignment.
