Job summary

Carnival Corporation in Miami seeks a Senior Supply Planner to translate demand signals into time-phased supply plans, balancing fleet readiness, service levels, and working capital.

The role leads cross-functional supply planning, advances governance, data quality, and planning system enablement, and makes routine replenishment decisions within policy. In-office, Monday–Thursday in South Florida; Fridays may be remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Business, or related quantitative discipline.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP or equivalent preferred; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of supply planning including MRP/DRP, replenishment strategy, S&OP/S&OE.
• Strong analytical capability to interpret large datasets and evaluate supply scenarios.
• Working knowledge of lead-time variability, sourcing rules, supplier constraints, and planning master data.
• Proficiency with advanced planning platforms and data modeling, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end supply response for assigned planning segments and translate constraints into feasible supply actions.
• Evaluate recommendations and coordinate mitigation actions (expedite, transfer, defer, allocate).
• Make routine replenishment, allocation, transfer, and inventory deployment decisions.
• Anticipate material, supplier, and capacity constraints and recommend actions to improve supply continuity.
• Provide technical direction and decision support for complex planning issues.
