Job summary

Avanos Medical is seeking a Demand & Supply Planner in Alpharetta, GA. You will drive S&OP, optimize finished goods supply, and coordinate with sales, marketing, and logistics to ensure strong service levels.

You will work with 3PL partners, use SAP S4/HANA and planning tools to balance demand with supply, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across transport and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in demand/supply and logistics planning.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S4 HANA and planning systems.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP process with Sales, Marketing and Finance to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Develop supply plans for imported finished goods and monitor inventory health.
• Coordinate with 3PL and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and OTIF.
• Drive continuous improvement in transport and warehouse operations.
• Prepare KPI reports and support global planning initiatives.
