Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to lead category-level supply planning for icebreaker and Smartwool. You will anchor demand inputs, inventory, lead times, and supplier capacity to drive optimal buy decisions in SAP and Excel-based tools.

You will collaborate across Demand Planning, Inventory, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Global Supply Planning to meet monthly financial goals while balancing service, inventory, and cost.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to assess problems and solve with data analysis.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to multi-task effectively.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros.
• Familiarity with SAP and reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own category-level supply planning and buy recommendations within SAP.
• Provide monthly supply outlook and Open-to-Buy inputs.
• Monitor demand/supply timing and adjust plans to avoid stockouts.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning during constraints to align forecasts.
• Manage seasonal system setup and line plan validation with Demand Planning.
• Support leadership decisions with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
