Job summary

icebreaker and Smartwool are seeking a Senior Supply Planner to secure on-time delivery and optimize inventory. You will collaborate with Global Supply Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, Demand Planning, Distribution, and Customer Service to balance service, inventory, and cost, while managing capacity risks.

The role emphasizes category-level planning, open-to-buy inputs, and proactive supply management, with SAP and Excel-based analytics supporting decisions.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros.
• Experience with SAP and reporting tools.
• Travel up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own category-level supply planning and buy recommendations in SAP.
• Provide monthly supply outlook and Open-to-Buy inputs.
• Monitor demand/supply timing with SAP/Excel trackers and flag risks.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning during constraints to adjust forecasts.
• Manage seasonal system setup and line plan validation.
• Lead projects to improve planning processes and SAP usage.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support leadership decisions.
