Job summary

VF Corporation's Smartwool brand seeks a Senior Ecommerce Demand and Inventory Planner in Denver. You will own NA ecommerce demand forecasting and in-season inventory management to drive KPI improvements for Smartwool.com.

The role partners with Ecommerce, Wholesale, and Supply Planning to maximize product availability and revenue. You will monitor performance, identify risks, and collaborate across teams to optimize inventory and markdown decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related professional experience in ecommerce demand or planning.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own pre-season and in-season demand forecasting for NA ecommerce, ensuring buy readiness and financial targets.
• Drive in-stock performance and sales via daily/weekly monitoring of web pages and DC inventory.
• Analyze sell-through data, inventory mix and seasonality to identify risks and opportunities.
• Assess End of Line inventory positioning and optimize markdown assortment.
• Partner with Wholesale and NORA Supply Planning to allocate supply when capacity is constrained.
• Support the monthly Demand Review with actionable insights to improve performance.
• Contribute to longer-term planning for future seasons and capabity projects.
• Perform stretch projects, including forecasts for other direct-to-consumer channels.
