Barcel USA LLC seeks a Transformation Sr. Manager to lead strategic supply chain transformation initiatives across the organization. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, develop business cases, optimize transportation and distribution, and partner with stakeholders to achieve profitable, scalable improvements.

Responsibilities include governance, budgeting, and change management to ensure sustainable outcomes across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end management of supply chain transformation projects from concept through implementation and benefit realization.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, approvals, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Serve as a culture change agent to promote continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve overall supply chain profitability and OTIF.
• Design and develop business cases with ROI, NPV, payback analyses, and benefits tracking.
